Simply log into Sage One Payroll and navigate to the ‘Chat’ option on the top grey bar. Alternatively, click on the ‘Help’ link at the top of any screen throughout our online payroll system.
Monday to Thursday: 7am to 4pm (except on a day before a public holiday, where we close at 5pm)
Friday: 7am to 4:30pm
First Friday of the month: 8am to 4pm
Closed on weekends and public holidays
Monday to Thursday during tax year end (April and May), mid-tax year submission (September and October) and the first two weeks of December: 7am to 9pm (except on a day before a public holiday, where we close at 5pm)
Saturdays: 7am to 12pm
Kindly note that our call centre experiences high call volumes during tax year end and the employer tax filing season (February to May and September to October each year). We suggest that email support is used during this time.
